Refund policy

Due to the nature of decanted fragrances, all sales are final once a decant has been opened or used. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at hello@wakeofamber.com with a photo, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. Unopened, sealed full-size bottles may be returned within 14 days for a refund.
